Available Shifts:
Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and personal visitors to the Anna Maria of Aurora facility ensuring that all customers internal and external are treated in a professional manner, with respect and dignity at all times.

Available Shifts:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for all telephone calls and personal visitors to the Anna Maria of Aurora facility ensuring that all customers internal and external are treated in a professional manner, with respect and dignity at all times.
- Receptionist greets visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable
- Direct visitors to appropriate office and/or resident room
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
- Ensure guests/visitors abide by Anna Maria Policies
- Answer phones and operate switchboard
- Handle inquires, ensuring all enquires are managed in a professional manner
- Take and relay messages
- Filing
- Typing
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Order supplies as needed or requested
- Assist department directors with typing, reports, correspondence, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Receptionist:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a LTC/SNF setting is preferred but not required
Salary : $15 - $18
