- Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
- Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
- Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
- Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
- Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
- Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
- 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience
- Ability to work 20 hours a week
- Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
- Enjoys communicating and building relationships
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
