Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, responsible for leading daily store operations and driving an exceptional in-store experience. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring that associates are engaged, well-trained, and aligned with brand standards. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, sets goals, and motivates the team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. This position also manages visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to retail loss prevention policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching associates on customer service, handling escalated guest concerns, completing operational paperwork, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities.
