WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s excited to build customer relationships, manage a national rep network, and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support our network of independent wholesale sales representatives across the U.S.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale accounts
- Identify, contact, and onboard new wholesale prospects (domestic and international)
- Process and track wholesale orders and ensure timely delivery
- Use CRM software to manage accounts, analyze sales activity, and report performance
- Coordinate with marketing to support seasonal promotions and customer engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (wholesale experience a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or rep visits
