We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician.
Our urgent care provides a full range of Urgent Care services, including on-site radiology, fracture care and travel medicine services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physician examinations.
