- Associates Degree or certification in a computer related field preferred
- ACHDS, ACTC, ACMT, MCP, A Certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with MacOS, iOS, Windows, & ChromeOS
- Familiarity with MDM software (Jamf Pro, Jamf Schools, Google Admin Console)
- Experience providing first level technical support as it relates to district technology
- Experience with installation, upgrade, repair, and maintenance of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, both on standalone and network systems
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and produce a viable solution
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Experience working with wireless technologies
- Experience with troubleshooting sound systems
- Commitment to provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with staff and students at their skill levels

- Provide support to ITD staff that work at the building level. This support may include the use of all district technology including, but not limited to computers, tablets, software, hardware, peripherals, printers, copiers, scanners, network, cameras, phones, audio and projection systems
- Work closely with the mobile device team to set projects and priorities
- Monitor the daily status of technology in assigned support area
- Oversee the in-house chromebook repair process and help maintain the repair swap fleet of devices
- Participate in technical system implementations as needed
- Manage assigned district help desk requests and provide assistance on all district technologies to staff and students as needed
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems and provide minor hardware repairs
- Troubleshoot basic network problems such as switches, cards, cabling and software
- Provide support for administrative and instructional software applications
- Install software and hardware upgrades
- Identify, research and resolve technology-related problems; troubleshooting building problems thoroughly before forwarding to next tier of support or vendors
- Install and troubleshoot operating systems and applications for MacOS, Windows, and Chromebooks
- Troubleshoot and work with team leads fix printing, wireless, switching, networking, sound, copier and phone-related issues
- Attend training sessions and technology staff meetings
- Ability to flex hours in the evening or weekends as needed for support
- Be willing to travel between buildings
- Write technical instructions
- Assist with warehouse organization
- Other duties as assigned
