KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, ensuring all equipment is stored properly and banquet rooms are secured after events.
- Communication: Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and take food and beverage orders with clarity and professionalism.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the work schedule.
- Safety Awareness: Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions and ensuring proper use of equipment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
