Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient's needs utilizing the nursing process
- Actively participate in providing patient care as defined by the multidisciplinary plan of care
- Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the area of Mom/ Baby with diverse cultural backgrounds
Qualifications
- RN with a current SC license
- Will require BLS and NRP, but can complete after employment
- ADN candidates must be enrolled in a BSN program within 18 months from date of hire and are required to obtain BSN within four (4) years of date of hire. For current AnMed Health associate degree Nurses (ADN) who were hired as RNs prior to January 1, 2013, and already working as an acute care Staff Nurse as of that date, the requirement to obtain BSN within four (4) years will be waived.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience
- BSN and Mom/ Baby experience
