Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN License (state-specific) required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, cath lab, or related clinical area.
- Strong clinical knowledge of structural heart disease and interventional cardiology procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, LAAO, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Master's Preferred
- Certification in cardiovascular nursing, case management, or related specialty preferred.
