Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a versatile and business-savvy MIS Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical systems, managing critical business applications and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to drive operational efficiency and system optimization across multiple platforms

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for all ANM Departments, including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, and other teams.
• Manage Salesforce Administration and Optimization, especially within Sales Cloud (e.g., contact card updates, forecast hierarchy).
• Support NetSuite configuration (e.g., field creation, saved searches)
• Assist with other business tools such as Expensify, StrataVAR, ChurnZero, Microsoft Platform, and others.
• Manage and prioritize support queues, directing tickets to appropriate team resources and escalating to architects when technical expertise is required.
• Assist with new hire setup, permissions, and resource record configuration.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process guides.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to follow through on technical designs.
• Contribute to Power BI dashboards and analytics initiatives.
  
  

Required Education, Technical Skills, And/or Experience

• Strong understanding of Salesforce (admin and light dev), especially Sales Cloud.
• Experience with NetSuite, Expensify, and other business systems.
• Ability to absorb business context and understand cross-functional impacts.
• Comfortable with support and configuration tasks across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface with stakeholders confidently.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow across tools and responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of experience in an MIS role or similar business systems analyst position.
  
  

Preferred Education, Technical Skills, And/or Experience

• Exposure to Power BI or other analytics platforms.
• Ability to balance support and project work effectively.
• Personable and proactive—someone who builds trust and takes initiative.
• Multi-platform proficiency with ability to learn new tools quickly.
  
  

Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
