We are seeking a full-time bilingual Clinical Assistant who is fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, clinically experienced, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner and customer service skills, with the flexibility to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations, including Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 40 hours per week availability
- Saturday availability required
- Ability to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations
- Proven experience in venipuncture
- Experience performing EKGs
- Familiarity with specimen processing and handling
- Excellent bedside manner and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing venipuncture and EKGs
- Assisting with specimen collection, labeling, and processing
- Providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Supporting providers and nursing staff with clinical tasks
- Ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and patient safety standards
