Role Overview
- Support complex construction dispute resolution engagements and provide strategic advisory services to Fortune 500 clients, government agencies, and major capital project stakeholders

- Support detailed analyses of project schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity, contracts, change orders and other issues related to design and construction
- Assist in research and analysis project cost records and financial statements
- Reconcile claim amounts to accounting systems and to insurers' calculations
- Use Ankura’s proprietary tools and industry standards in the development of claim methodology and work product
- Develop computer models of schedules, contractor production rates and costs using Primavera P6 and other software packages
- Assist with data gathering activities including document review, and quality control of data entry activities
- Demonstrating proper documentation of work product
- Limited engagement planning, which may include proposals, budgeting and budget tracking, and work tasks development
- Coordinating administrative functions, including time tracking and bill preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited institution; Advanced degree preferred
- Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English required
- 2 years of disputes/claims experience in the construction and engineering industries
- Experience in damages and investigative work focused on contractual disputes, claims, and litigation
- Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner and project scheduling technique experience is highly preferred
- Industry experience with project controls/scheduling is a benefit
