POSTED ON 2/5/2026 CLOSED ON 3/4/2026

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior Designer position at Ankrom Moisan?

Are You Driven to Design Spaces That Tell Stories and Shape Experiences?

Then consider joining our Senior Communities studio!

At Ankrom Moisan, we believe design is more than aesthetics; it’s about creating places and experiences that connect people to purpose, memory, and meaning. We uncover the essence of each project, rooted in culture, context, and human experience, and translate it into spaces that feel authentic, engaging, and alive.

Our process is collaborative, curious, and deeply intentional. We look at history and locality, social patterns, and future needs. We ask questions, challenge assumptions, and push ideas until they resonate.

This role is highly hands-on in REVIT, project management, and design mentorship. The right candidate is someone who enjoys translating design intent into clear, buildable documentation and takes pride in model accuracy, coordination, and attention to detail throughout all phases of design. Our team works to create clear and beautiful design drawings from concept through construction documents, including white models, renderings, and Revit-based construction sets.

  • Bring a strong creative point of view and the technical skill to execute it in REVIT. Think holistically about systems, spaces, finishes, and feelings all at once.
  • Balance concept and constructability with form and function.
  • Can guide projects through complexity with calm, clarity, and design leadership.
  • Are an inspiring presenter and storyteller who can communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, models, and visuals

  • We LOVE what we do, and it shows us every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with and receive design mentorship from the Studio Director to define project vision, scope, work plans, and fees.
