The Production Brewer will be responsible for the day-to-day brewing operations, including wort production, cellar management, and packaging. The role involves assisting in raw material handling, quality control, cleaning and sanitization of brewing equipment, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples, FL.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with brewing operations such as wort production, yeast management, and fermentation monitoring
- Knowledge of cellar processes, equipment maintenance, and sanitation protocols
- Basic laboratory skills, including pH measurement, gravity testing, and quality control checks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a production environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in a brewery setting
- Prior experience in commercial brewing, a degree or certification in brewing, or relevant skills in food production is a plus
