We are currently seeking a Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care and eager to continue learning and growing in a clinical setting.
This position may involve travel between our Grove, OK and Bentonville, AR locations (paid travel time provided). We also welcome part-time candidates who prefer to work in a single location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate daily patient flow, assisting with exams, procedures, and documentation
- Manage medical supply inventory, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Serve as a liaison between the provider, staff, and patients to support clear communication and coordinated care
- Educate patients on procedures, as well as pre- and post-operative care instructions and treatment plans
