We are seeking a Full-time experienced Medical Assistant to become a part of our growing team! Medical Assistant will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments including assisting in patient care as we as have constant interaction with physicians to make the medical facility run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all medical assistant and administrative duties in a timely and courteous manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support physicians and other team members
- Escort patients to exam rooms, prepare charts, answer phones, scan charts, xrays
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical assistant, podiatry experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- GXMO Certification/X ray certification (preferred not required)
Will also consider Advanced credentials ... at higher hourly rate provided adequate training.
