As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. This is a full-time opportunity with hands-on training, strong leadership support, and unlimited growth potential. You will start in the office for your first 90 days and then transition to a fully remote role.

Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business through prospecting and lead follow-up
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage
- Present and sell policies that align with each clients goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage renewals and retention efforts to ensure client satisfaction
- Document all sales activity accurately in the agency system
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to continuously learn
- Customer-focused mindset with genuine care for client outcomes
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Insurance license preferred but not required prior to hire
