Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales, operations, and promotional activities of the company’s products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal performance.
- Conduct market analysis based on product characteristics and target consumer profiles, including product selection, pricing strategy, promotional planning, and marketing execution for the assigned e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and manage platform operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, and provide optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in using data analysis tools and software, as well as preparing statistical reports
- Excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in a second language is a plus
