Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Create engaging content for customer-facing materials across various channels.
- Develop and write engaging content for promotional campaigns, product listings, social media, press releases, customer support resources, product manuals, and all other customer-facing content.
- Guide overseas copywriting team/ agencies to be product experts, telling compelling stories about brands and products.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and effectiveness through proofreading and oversight of all copy.
- Coordinate with product, branding, marketing, sales, customer support and related teams to ensure all content aligns with overarching communication goals and brand tone of voice.
- Provide culturally relevant insight for branding, marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in media, marketing or related field.
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- 3 years of working experience in copywriting or branding & marketing.
- Detail-oriented and Self-driven personality.
- Compelling Storytelling skills & Descriptive and Sensory Language skills.
- Strong passion in the beauty, fashion, well-being and luxury industry, always eager to learn and enhance professional knowledge.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ 90,000 - $ 150,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
