About Us:
We are a dedicated pet care facility committed to providing exceptional care for dogs and cats, ensuring they have a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay while their owners are away. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our daycare team, with potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our doggy daycare team who has hands-on experience working with dogs in a professional daycare setting (personal pet ownership alone doesn’t meet the experience requirement).
This role involves safely managing dog playgroups while keeping things engaging through creative activities, themed days, and enrichment. You’ll also be using computers to record behavior and health notes and communicating with clients, so comfort with both customer service and basic computer work is important.
Requirements:
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts required
- Flexibility to work during and on holidays
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including being on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy, messy, and fast-paced environment
- Communication skills, reliability, and a passion for working with animals
