Licensed therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT, or provisional licensure with supervision)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to support mental health recovery.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and support patients through challenging situations.
- Facilitate counseling sessions and provide resources for ongoing support.
