Licensed Massage Therapist – Sports & Orthopedic Massage (Full-Time, Onsite)
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per billable hour (see estimated earnings below)
About Us
Anjuna Sports Acupuncture, founded in 2013, is Eugene’s specialty clinic for sports acupuncture, performance recovery, and integrated orthopedic care. We combine hands-on manual therapy with modern performance science to help athletes and active individuals recover faster and stay in the game. We treat patients across the full activity spectrum: older adults keeping up their fitness routines, everyday movers managing the demands of work and family, and competitive athletes preparing for their next event. We participate in community treatment of University of Oregon Duck Athletes and partner with the broader Eugene running, cycling, and outdoor athletics community.
The Role
This is a full-time, onsite clinical role focused on delivering high-quality sports and orthopedic massage therapy within an integrated, referral-driven practice. From day one you will step into a warm, established patient flow — you are not building a book from scratch. You will manage your own treatment room, care for a roster of returning patients sourced from our existing referral base, and collaborate directly with the owner and clinical team on integrated treatment approaches. Anjuna handles scheduling, intake, billing, and marketing through dedicated staff so that you can focus entirely on patient care.
Schedule
• Full-time position: 4 treatment days per week at Anjuna.
• Approximately 10– patient-facing hours per week, with the remainder of the day covered as paid on-site clinical and administrative time.
• Flexible weekday blocks; optional Saturday hours available based on clinic needs.
• Projected start date: mid-September 2026.
Estimated Earnings
At $40–$50 per billable hour and roughly 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, a full-time therapist can expect approximately $1,000–$1,500 per week in billable earnings (about $52,000–$78,000 annualized), depending on experience, credentials, demonstrated proficiency, and patient volume. Paid bi-weekly, W2 classification.
