Summary
We are seeking a skilled seamstress to join our team at Anjolique Bridal and Formal in Cornelius. In this role, you will play a vital part in tailoring beautiful custom garments that enhance our customers' special moments. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Perform alterations and custom fittings for bridal gowns
- Use industrial Juki sewing machines and hand-sewing
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the fitting process
- Ensure timely completion of all tailoring requests
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a seamstress, bridal experience preferred
- Proficient in sewing machine operation and garment tailoring techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for working with high-quality garments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and alterations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus
Job Location *Important*
Anjolique Bridal is moving to Mooresville, NC in July 2026. Please only apply if you will be able to commute to our current location in Cornelius, and our future location in Mooresville. In July 2026 our Cornelius location will permanently move to Mooresville. There will not be an option to continue working in Cornelius.
