What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Consultant position at Anjolique Bridal and Formal?
Anjolique has openings for Bridal Consultants! We are seeking a motivated sales person with proven sales performance.
Anjolique Bridal is the largest couture bridal salon in the Southeast. We offer the world's top couture bridal designers like Galia Lahav and Berta Bridal! This position is great for extroverted, energetic people who love fashion and weddings!
Bridal Consultant Responsibilities:
- Styling brides.
- Styling mothers of the bride/groom.
- Meeting sales goals.
- Dress recovery (putting away dresses between appointments and at the end of the day).
- Tidying the store.
- Assisting brides with gown pick up appointments.
This position REQUIRES weekend work.
This position's working hours are as follows:
- Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm (required)
- Sunday 12:30pm - 5:00pm (required)
- Fridays 9:30am - 6:00pm (required)
Preference is given to candidates with prior bridal or retail experience, but this is not required. We offer options to increase hours to full-time based on your sales performance!
Pay is hourly plus commission and tips.
- Our hourly base rate is $15.00/hour.
- Commissions, tips, and bonuses add a significant amount to your pay! There is no limit on the amount you can earn in commissions, tips, and bonuses.
- When you add commission, bonuses, and tips, our average full-time sales consultants are making $20.00 - $35.00 per hour and $2300 - $4300 per month in total pay.
Dress code is all black or black and white. Professional/business casual attire is required.
Interviews are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. After you apply we will call you if your resume is a good fit.
