Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Music Producer role based in Miami, FL. The Music Producer will oversee the end-to-end music production process, including pre-production planning, arranging, recording, editing, and final mixing for artists, internal projects, and branded content. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with artists and creative teams to shape sound and artistic direction, selecting and managing session musicians, and ensuring high production standards in line with the Anjeza Music brand. The role will involve working in the recording studio on a daily basis, operating music technology and software, organizing recording sessions, and maintaining an efficient, inclusive, and creative environment. The Music Producer may also contribute to soundtrack development for the “¿Me entiendes?” podcast and support educational initiatives with Anjeza Music Kids as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Music Theory and Music fundamentals to support arranging, harmony, and song structure.
- Proficiency in Music Production and Music Technology, including DAWs, virtual instruments, and studio equipment.
- Understanding of the Music Industry, including recording workflows, release strategies, and collaborative practices.
- Demonstrated experience producing tracks or projects in a professional or semi-professional studio environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with artists of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Attention to detail in sound quality, file management, and session documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
