We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) to join our healthcare team. From collecting vital signs and performing specimen collections to assisting providers and maintaining accurate records, your contributions will directly impact patient health and overall care delivery.

From collecting vital signs and performing specimen collections to assisting providers and maintaining accurate records, your contributions will directly impact patient health and overall care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information.
- Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as required.
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked, cleaned, and properly sanitized.
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support front-desk functions such as scheduling, patient intake, and follow-up coordination as needed.
- Maintain compliance with patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential (required).
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, safety protocols, and specimen handling.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- At least 3 years of experience.
