Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene and reduce the spread of germs
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Dispose of waste responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to address urgent cleaning needs as they arise
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning in all assigned areas
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper handling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory
