Carryout Coordinator - Anita's Kitchen (Ferndale)
Carryout is a HUGE percentage of our overall business, and so we take this position very seriously. In fact, we're looking for just the right person to fill this role
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing incoming phone orders
- Packaging a high volume of carryout orders, with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional menu knowledge
- Being here when scheduled
Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years recent, relevant, restaurant experience
- Great phone personality and customer service sense
- Excellent organizational skills
- Supreme attention to details and the "finer print"
- Demonstrate the courteous and helpful attitude that exemplifies our team's overall service goal
- Stay on feet for up to 8 hours
- Work well as a team leader
