This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Associate located in Tulsa, OK. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, providing accurate information, and handling administrative and receptionist tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and address their needs effectively
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls and managing bookings
- Basic Computer Literacy for handling reservation systems and checking guests in and out efficiently
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
