What You'll Do
- Design and produce high-quality video, motion graphics, and visual content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications
- Create engaging multimedia assets for digital channels, social media, events, presentations, websites, and internal communications
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications teams to develop content that supports business objectives and strengthens brand awareness
- Manage video production projects from concept development and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery
- Maintain and evolve Gogo's visual identity across all creative assets and communication channels
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content for a variety of audiences
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, content effectiveness, and production efficiency
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and company growth
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation
- Demonstrated experience developing creative assets across digital, video, and print channels
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to translate ideas and business objectives into compelling visual content and storytelling
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and visual storytelling
