This full-time position is based out of our Dedham location.

What we offer:
- Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 annually.

What you will do:
The person in this role must
- Get it: understand GAAP, the close cycle, payroll mechanics, and how the pieces of a non-profit's books fit together.
- Want it: genuinely enjoy reconciliation work, audit prep, and the rhythm of the monthly close with a desire to own the GL.
- Have it: possess the technical skill and professional capacity needed to deliver a clean, on-time close each month.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
