What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advocacy Intern position at Animal Rescue League of Boston?
Are you mission-driven and interested in working to support animal welfare? The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England’s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking an Advocacy Intern to join our organization for an internship lasting approximately 10 weeks. This position is based out of our Dedham location with travel to our Boston location and the Massachusetts State House.

- Research laws, policies, and current events regarding assigned topics in animal welfare;
- Assist in preparation for legislative hearings;
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to provide support for advocacy events;
- Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of animal welfare professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to improve the lives of animals in need!
