Who we’re looking for:
Position: Client Service Associates (with prior animal hospital front-desk experience). CSA's at AMH are an essential part of our company. Our CSA’s are responsible for providing friendly and compassionate service to our clients whether they are checking a pet in for boarding, coming for a doctor’s appointment, buying products, or here due to an emergency.
As a CSA you will:
- Answer and manage a high call volume and multi-line phone system.
- Advocate for all patients through client education on preventative care, pet health needs, treatment recommendations, and all other hospital services & procedures.
- Appropriately transfer calls and emails to veterinarians, managers and other staff members.
- Provide clear and respectful communication with all team members.
- Maintain proper documentation through client and pet records.

Position Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: 1 year experience preferred
- Open availability with the possibility of working 1-2 weekend shifts per month Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listener, empathetic
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology preferred
- Ability to learn veterinary software
- Solution-oriented with high attention to customer service.
