Position: Veterinary Receptionist Supervisor (Full-Time)
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist Supervisor to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). In this leadership role, you’ll guide our reception team to provide exceptional client care and create a warm and positive experience for every client and patient to our practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Support, train, and mentor our receptionist team, setting a positive tone and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Enhance Client Experience: Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

- Occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Chicago, IL 60614.
