Client Services Representative/Receptionist
Animal Medical Center – AAHA Accredited Small Animal Hospital

Our client services team is the face of our hospital. We are seeking a genuinely friendly, upbeat, and dependable person who enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience for every client and pet.
You will be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. Courtesy, patience, and cheerfulness matter more here than speed.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and pets warmly
- Answer phones and online communications and schedule appointments
- Check clients in/out and process payments accurately
- Communicate clearly & kindly with coworkers and the public
Training provided. Veterinary experience not required.
Schedule
We primarily need weekday afternoon coverage, plus occasional full days and some Saturdays.
Possible hours fall within:
- 7am–6pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)
- 7am–8pm (Thu)
- 8am–1pm (Sat)
Applicants should have consistent availability within these ranges and be willing to help cover vacations.

Customer service, hospitality, education, or medical office experience is helpful, but not required.
Pay & Benefits
Starting wage: $11–$13/hour depending on experience and skills
