What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Animal Medical Care of Newport?
Busy Veterinary practice looking to add a new member to our team!
Duties to include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Scheduling appointments
- Stocking Supplies (must be able to lift up to 50lbs)
- Answering phones and taking detailed messages
- Checking clients in/out
- Filing of physical records
- Processing payments
Applicant must have outstanding customer service skills. Compassion, positive attitude, reliability, excellent phone skills, and ability to multi-task efficiently a must. Veterinary reception experience preferred.
Wage DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
