- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pet care, and clinic policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint during examinations as needed.
- Provide information on pet care, grooming services, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Handle any client concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Experience
- Knowledge of animal anatomy is essential for effective communication with clients regarding their pets' health.
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is highly desirable.
