This is an in-person position located at 719 West Bridge Street Monticello, Illinois.
Part-Time: Monday 8-6 / / Wednesday 8-6 / / Friday 8-6 / / Every Saturday 8-12
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly attitude
- Room patients and prepare necessary vaccinations
- Schedule appointments and prepare their respective documents
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain client records
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist in creating a clean and welcoming environment
