We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing veterinary team! Duties
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Obtain patient histories and accurately maintain medical records
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, radiographs, laboratory testing, and dental cleanings
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and surgical areas
- Provide compassionate handling and care for patients
Requirements
- Current Registered/Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician credentials
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic
- Experience in anesthesia monitoring and dentistry preferred, but not required
- Passion for patient care and client education
