- Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clear, positive communication
- Assist clients with billing, and payment processing accurately and professionally
- Maintain organized client records, update medical histories, and handle confidential information securely
- Support veterinary staff by managing appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and patient documentation
- Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary team regarding pet care instructions, medication refills, or treatment plans
- Keeping exam rooms and lobby stocked and clean
- Previous experience in customer service roles within veterinary clinics or pet-related environments preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, and pet care practices
- Ability to understand animal anatomy and veterinary critical care concepts to better assist clients and staff
