We're looking for a dynamic Associate Veterinarian who’s ready to contribute to our thriving multi-doctor practice and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Be part of a well-established, full-service hospital treating dogs, cats, and occasional pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.—not required for incoming doctors)
Flexible 4-day work week with no weekend shifts
On-call only every 5th weekend, only for infrequent hospitalized patients & boarding-related emergencies
Open to all experience levels – new grads and seasoned vets welcome!
Experience or interest in surgery is required – each doctor has a dedicated surgery day per week
Enjoy 2-hour daily blocks for lunch and administrative time

Surgery: 1 LVT and 1–2 Assistants ratio per doctor
Appointments: 1 Assistant floating LVTs
Team Tenure:
Support staff tenure ranges from 4 to 36 years
