What You’ll Do:
As a CVT at Animal Health Center, you’ll be trusted to work at the top of your license, including:
- Providing patient care and nursing support (medications, IV catheters, fluid therapy, pain management)
- Assisting with surgery and anesthesia induction/monitoring
- Performing dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and charting
- Collecting and processing samples, running in-house lab tests, and preparing outside lab work
- Taking diagnostic radiographs safely and accurately
- Educating clients on treatment plans, home care, and preventive medicine
- Maintaining medical records, equipment, and inventory
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) license (mandatory)
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and compassionate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AAHA-standard environment
