As the first and last point of contact for our clients, our Veterinary Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for pets and their families. Qualifications
· Veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience preferred
· Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary software
· Professional phone etiquette
· Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
· Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing daily needs
· High school diploma or equivalent required
