Part-Time to Full-time Associate DVM – Join a Calm, Client-Focused Independent Practice
We’re a small, proudly independent veterinary practice looking for a Part-Time Associate DVM who values meaningful client relationships, a collaborative team, and a low-stress work environment.
2-4 days per week
Compensation:
Hourly pay for part-time associates, with wage based on experience and efficiency in appointments, surgery, and dentistry. Opportunity to earn production bonuses based on performance and efficiency.

Well-Designed Workflow:
- 30–45 min AM 30 min PM dedicated for bloodwork & worklists
- 1-hour lunch break
- Last appointment at 4:30 PM
- Doors close at 5:00 PM (scheduled until 5:30 PM to wrap up cases)
- Open at 7:30 AM
Equipment & Capabilities:
- Antech reference lab
- Abaxis in-house diagnostics
- Genia vessel sealer and cautery for surgery
- In-house ultrasound
- Class IV K-laser
- Blood pressure monitoring
- In-house echocardiograms and cardiology workups
- Otto for client communication and virtual visits
- Avimark software
- Optional remote access to complete cases
