At Animal Health Care Center of Hershey, we take our work seriously….but not too seriously. We believe in excellent care, kindness, and making things a little easier for people and their pets. We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, quick on their feet, and doesn’t run for the hills when things get a little hectic.
What we are looking for:
We’re on the hunt for a full-time veterinary receptionist who is:
· Reliable, friendly, and flexible
· Calm under pressure and quick on their feet
· A multitasking master with a warm, upbeat attitude
· An animal lover through and through
What you will be doing (besides making tails wag) :
· Answering phones on a multi-line phone system like a pro
· Scheduling appointments through our software with a smile
· Welcoming clients, checking them and their pets in/out
· Handling payments (cash, checks, credit cards)
· Managing patient records like a champ
Details:
· Four or five shifts /week
· Alternating Saturday mornings
· 36-40 hours/week with occasional overtime
· No late nights or major holidays (we close at 6:30pm)
