What You’ll Do:
- Feed and care for dogs based on their individual needs
- Keep kennels and common areas clean and comfy
- Provide exercise and enrichment—walks, playtime, yard runs, even car rides!
- Administer medications as directed by our medical team
- Watch for behavioral or medical changes and report what you see
- Pitch in with grooming, laundry, and dog baths
- Help keep detailed care records
- Be a kind, respectful teammate and a great rep of our mission
- Occasionally help with customer service or transport
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Are reliable, calm, and detail-oriented
- Are emotionally intelligent and compassionate toward dogs and people
- Can work solo and with a team
- Can safely handle large dogs and lift 50lb’s
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Don’t mind weekend and Holiday shifts
- Share our values around treating dogs as individuals, avoiding labels, and using positive language
Dog experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
There are also opportunities to grow into areas like enrichment, training, or public engagement.
