Our Surgery Technician Assistants are essential to keeping cases moving, patients safe, and clients supported during some of the most important (and emotional) moments of care.

What You’ll Do
- Support surgical technicians and veterinarians throughout the day
- Assist with patient handling, restraint, and basic care
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and surgery-ready environment
- Field phone calls and assist with client communication and updates
- Document client interactions accurately in medical records
- Assist with prescriptions and coordination with pharmacies
- Provide compassionate support to clients, including during euthanasia cases
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly

What You Bring
- 2 years of client service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with computers and data entry (EMR, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic animal handling and husbandry knowledge
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
