Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Relief Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a diverse range of urgent and emergency cases, developing treatment plans, and educating pet owners on follow-up care. Additional responsibilities include performing surgical and non-surgical care as required, collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role requires quick decision-making and a patient-first approach in a dynamic environment. We are looking to cover shifts from 5Pm- 12Am or 7Pm-2Am on various days.

Qualifications
- Veterinary expertise in diagnostics, emergency medicine, and surgical procedures
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Strong communication and client education skills to guide and support pet owners
- Ability to work collaboratively with a veterinary team in a fast-paced setting
- Current veterinarian license and good standing with relevant veterinary boards
- Prior experience in emergency or general veterinary practice is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
