Duties

- Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and AVIMARK veterinary software to manage documentation and correspondence effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
