Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, including basic animal care and restraint.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets.
- Educate pet owners on proper pet care, vaccination schedules, and clinic policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is highly desirable.
